Rockland NY Office – Paid Volunteers

This exciting position offers paid volunteers compensation for their commitment. Earn your bragging rights while provided meaningful support to piano students visiting the center. Duties include proficiency with Web-Conferencing, Excel, collecting payments, scheduling practice sessions, collecting mail, and removing trash.

Pay: $17 per hour

Schedule: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Sunday through Thursday, Varying days.


New York Office Administrator

Senior accounts manager with experience in bookkeeping, state contracts, reimbursement portals, and grant gateways. College education required. Duties include proficiency with Web-Conferencing, Excel, collecting payments, scheduling practice sessions, sorting mail, paying bills, and meetings with client families. 

Pay: $20-25 per hour

Schedule: 9-5 daily.

NY OPWDD Contracts Planner

Job Description:  To assist in obtaining contracts with the OPWDD and obtain state grants, and inter-agency contract. Planner is responsible for communicating with the state department about all required paperwork (progress reports, receipts, timesheets) and establish a system for streamlining payments with the state comptroller.

Pay: weekly

Schedule: Flexible, minimum 15 hours per month.


Salesperson – Telemarketer

This commission-based position offers a rewards-fee for new students who are enrolled in our program as a result of your networking. Our sales people are required to independently find families, and to identify a child who may be a candidate for our services. Commission is paid on the day of the child’s first lesson.

  • Please keep track of all referrals.
  • List the contact information for the families you referred, including the child’s name.
  • We will ask all callers about their referral, and cross-check with your list.

Pay: Commission

Schedule: Flexible, minimum 5 referrals per month.


Occupational Therapist – Rockland, NY

To support students 1:1 in occupational therapy goals determined by the services team. Support is typically provided at the piano lesson, where some hand-over-hand is necessary for students with dyspraxia and other motor disorders. The OT is expected to provide progress reports and work within our data system to measure the rate of change from week to week, and over a continuum. OT must be licensed to work without supervision, and to be familiar with OPWDD state contracts.

Pay: TBD

Schedule: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Sunday through Thursday, Varying days.
